ID:212017 Unable to scan device chain. <Hardware not connected, Can't scan JTAG chain, Port in use, or Check the hardware setup.>

CAUSE: You selected a programming hardware setup for a Chain Description File (.cdf), and clicked Auto Detect in the Programmer window. However, the Quartus Prime software cannot scan the device chain because the hardware you selected is either not connected to the port you specified, the port you specified is already in use, or the JTAG chain could not be scanned.

ACTION: Make sure that the hardware you selected is connected to the port you specified and that no other programs are using the port. If the JTAG chain could not be scanned, make sure that the board is powered on.
