ID:150046 Cannot locate design file for entity "<name>"

CAUSE: You selected a block in a Block Design File (.bdf) and chose Open Design File , but a design file corresponding to the specified entity does not exist.

ACTION: Click OK to close the message dialog box, and then perform one or more of the following actions:

Make sure the design file is located in the same directory as the other project files and is a legal design file.
Create a design file from the block you selected.
Add the design file to the project.
