ID:14692 I/O WYSIWYG "<name>" will have different synchronous clear/preset behavior after translated to family <name>.

CAUSE: The specified I/O WYSIWYG is a legacy WYSIWYG in its specified family and uses synchronous clear/preset DDIO_INPUT feature. The Quartus Prime software will translate legacy I/Os to targeted device family but the synchronous preset/clear behavior will be different. The new targeted family will clear/preset all 3 registers while the legacy IO only clears/presets the two capture registers.

ACTION: If you do not care about the difference in synchronous preset/clear, no action is required. If you do care, you can set QSF option SYNTHESIS_KEEP_SYNCH_CLEAR_PRESET_BEHAVIOR_IN_UNMAPPER.
