ID:171110 Nodes could not be merged because their location constraints do not overlap

CAUSE: The Fitter cannot merge some nodes because their location constraints are mutually incompatible. That is, no location on the device simultaneously satisfies the location constraints of all the nodes. The submessages list the nodes in question and their location constraints and the sources of those location constraints.

ACTION: If the nodes should not be merged, then remove the assignments which are forcing the Fitter to try to merge them. One example of such an assignment would be a Fast Input Register assignment. If the nodes should not be merged, then remove the direct or indirect location constraints on those nodes. A direct location constraint could be a Location assignment or a Logic Lock region assignment. An indirect constraint may be a Regional Clock assignment on the clock driving into the node.
