ID:287092 Symbolic name "<name>" cannot have port
CAUSE: In a Text Design File (.tdf), you used a period (.) and port name with the specified symbolic name in the Logic Section, but you did not define the symbolic name as a megafunction, macrofunction, or primitive in an Instance Declaration or in-line logic function reference, or as a state machine in a State Machine Declaration. When you use a period and a port name with a symbolic name, the symbolic name must name a state machine or an instance of a megafunction, macrofunction, or primitive because only these items have ports.
ACTION: Perform one of the following actions:
- Define the symbolic name as an instance of an Intel-provided parameterized megafunction.
- Define the symbolic name as an instance of an Intel-provided unparameterized megafunction, macrofunction, or primitive.
- Define the symbolic name as an instance of a custom megafunction or macrofunction.
- Define the symbolic name as a state machine.
- Remove the period and port name from the symbolic name.
- Change the symbolic name to an existing symbolic name for a state machine or an existing instance of a megafunction, macrofunction, or primitive.
