ID:209013 CONF_DONE pin failed to go high

CAUSE: The CONF_DONE pin, located in the device(s) you attempted to configure, did not go high at the end of configuration as it should have done. For this reason, configuration was unsuccessful. This problem may be caused by one of the following situations:

Communications cables not securely connected
Incorrect device selected
No power to target system
Device nCE pin not connected to GND

ACTION: Make sure all communication cables are securely connected, select a different device, check the power on the target system, or make sure all nCE pins are connected to GND.
