ID:14119 WYSIWYG RAM Primitive "<name>" uses ECC feature but it can't be implemented in 2Kx64 simple dual-port mode. To use the ECC feature, the RAM must have the depth no more than 2K and data width no more than 64 and in simple dual-port mode without mixed-width.

CAUSE: The specified WYSIWYG RAM primitive is using ECC and it can't be implemented in 2Kx64 simple dual-port mode. When the ECC feature is used, the RAM must have a depth no greater than 2K and data width no more than 64 and must be in simple dual-port mode. In addition, it can't use mixed-width.

ACTION: Check your design and make sure the RAM primitive can be configured in 2K by 64 simple dual-port mode. Otherwise, disable the ECC feature.
