ID:23714 Can not generate programming files for your current project because you do not have a valid license. Visit the Intel FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center at https://licensing.intel.com

CAUSE: The Assembler cannot generate programming files for your current project because your project contains encrypted IP core or cores that require a license to generate programming files. However, your current license file does not contain an appropriate license for all the encrypted IP core or cores in your design. An encrypted IP core may support the OpenCore Plus Hardware Evaluation feature , which allows you to generate a programming file even when you do not have a license, but you must compile your project without a license from the start, for example, Analysis & Synthesis. If you are receiving this message, you may have first compiled your project with a valid license for your encrypted IP core or cores. However, when you ran the Assembler, you did not have a valid license.

ACTION: No action is required if you do not need programming files. For more information about licenses, contact the vendor who provided the function, that is, Intel or an AMPP partner. If the encrypted IP core or cores in your design support OpenCore Plus Hardware Evaluation feature, try recompiling your project from the beginning to enable generation of a time-limited programming file that you can use for evaluation purposes.
