TMC-20021: Partial Min-Max Delay Assignment
Description
Violations of this rule identify minimum delay assignments without a corresponding maximum delay assignment, or vice versa.
Note:
This rule does not violate on maximum delay assignments with hold-only false path.
Recommendation
Add the missing corresponding delay assignment or the false path assignment.
