The adoption of cloud computing among financial institutions is an ongoing journey and taking its unique shape due to the nature of regulatory and compliance. In this presentation, we will cover why and how financial institutions are creating a hybrid multi-cloud strategy and building a private cloud to support multiples service delivery models. Also, how this strategy is influencing the storage strategy bridging the legacy with container-based solutions without creating a new infrastructure silo/barrier. How networking is transforming, with SD-WAN, to simplify and improve responsiveness on branches up to NFVs and SDN to manage and orchestrate services among different execution avenues. Security is paramount for financial institutions in this architecture, and we also want to cover strategies and best practices for protecting the platform, data confidentiality, and giving visibility of security measures.
