Seven percent of Intel U.S. based employees have self-identified as military Veterans representing the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, Merchant Marines, and Navy. They all contribute to the organization in a variety of business groups that include manufacturing, sales, human resources, information technology, and many others.

Intel provides mentoring programs, individualized development plans, and extensive employee training and development opportunities from a variety of sources including our internal training organization. All of our employees are encouraged to learn and grow.
In addition to job-development courses, we offer immersive, classroom, and online learning resources that help employees keep skills up-to-date and on the cutting edge, so they can keep advancing their careers.
