Description:
You may find the following errors if you run simulation with Cadence or Synopsys software on Linux:
  * Cannot find the provided file <installdir>/quartus/eda/sim_lib/cadence/ct1_hssi_atoms_ncrypt.sv
  * Source file  "installdir>/quartus//eda/sim_lib/synopsys/ct1_hssi_atoms_ncrypt.sv" cannot be opened for reading.

The problem is due to those EDA simulation libraries are missing from the Quartus Prime Pro edition for Linux.

This patch adds the missing EDA simulation libraries for Cadence and Synopsys software for Linux.

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 20.3 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 20.3 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.

Note:

    already installed those patches, you can safely install this new
    patch on top.
<Patches conflicted> - means this patch conflicts with those patches.
    If you have any of those patches installed, don't install this patch.
