Description:
This patch resolves that issue and ensures all clocks appear in the promotion message and global report.

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus Prime 20.1 software or must
          install the Quartus Prime 20.1 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus Prime
          software will not run properly.
