Description:
The patch request address functional deficiencies in ACE-Lite signals and interface identified in the AXI master and slave agents. Certain ACE-Lite signal assignments and indexes were rectified.

In addition to this, the AxCache signal behaviour was also rectified in the AXI slave agent. The patch is for 20.4.

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 20.4 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 20.4 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.

Note:
