Problem:

In the current fitter report, "Old Data" is printed when either new_data_with_nbe_read or new_data_with_no_nbe_read is set.(CUT will overwrite the latter one to be new_data_with_nbe_read for cuda family)



Solution:

The patch fixes the fitter reporting concern which customer able to differentiate between "new_data_with_no_nbe_read" vs "old data".

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus II 13.1.4 software or must
          install the Quartus II 13.1.4 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II
          software will not run properly.
