Problem: In Quartus II Web Edition, all compilation stages finish
	 immediately with the following message:

	    Info (292039): You have a valid up-to-date license

	 No other messages are show and no reports are generated.


Solution: This patch may or may not resolve this issue.


Caution - You must either have previously installed the 
          Quartus II 11.1 SP2 software or must 
          install the Quartus II 11.1 SP2 software 
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will 
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II 
          software will not run properly.
