Benchmark description
Workload: Monte Carlo* simulation based on Microsoft Excel 2007* SP1 and X_Trader* Pro v7 Demo.
Monte Carlo simulation based on Microsoft Excel 2007 is a spreadsheet that calculates the European put and call option valuation for Black-Scholes* option pricing model using Monte Carlo simulation. This simulates the calculations performed when a spreadsheet with input parameters updated and must recalculate the option valuation. This workload runs on all available logical processors.
X_Trader Pro v7 Demo includes X_Trader Pro trading software with four preconfigured X_Trader Pro workspaces, a simulated TT Gateway*, the X_Trader API, FIX Adapter*, the TT Trainer* playback application, and several recorded data sets.
